For many, the “alt lifestyles” are just that, ways of living. As we’ve attended different events, we’ve added three new services to our offerings. Both of these are done ’sans compensation’ – no fee or compensation expected.

• Scarlet Sanctuary – The Scarlet Sanctuary is our wildly popular Sensual Touch space. First appearing at the Winter Wickedness event and then again at Central Ohio Perversion Excretion, this is a great opportunity that many people have welcomed as an introduction to sacred sexuality.
• Sunday Morning Services – Rev. Dawn has been an active Clergy in the Ohio area for some time now, and has presided over many rituals, weddings, hand fastings, and other services. She offers a spiritual based (not centered on a single religion) Sunday Morning Service for the alternative lifestyle events and people.
• 12 Step Meetings – As we continue to travel to events, we continue to run across people active in a variety of recovery programs. Dan, a recovering addict with 19 years clean, offers to run an open meeting for those who are currently on a recovery path.

Join Dan and dawn, a lifestyle couple of many years, leaders of the Path Of The Qadishti sacred sexuality education group and the couple that brought the Scarlet Sanctuary to the AIS COPE event as they share about Orgasmic Energy. They will discuss a variety of orgasm related topics, such as tantric pleasures, the difference between orgasm and ejaculation, living in the Shakti and Shiva zone, recycling orgasmic energy, ejaculation control for boys, what you can do with all that energy when you decide not to (ejaculate), and what to do with huge focused orgasm explosions and staying connected after the fact.

They will rely on their years of experience both as a contracted Ds couple of many years and also as leaders of a local Ds support group. They will cover different types of Ds (from Loving Ds to objectification models) and share how they and others have dealt with the challenges of moving from a fantasy to a working Ds household. dawn and I just got back from Kinky Kollege and what a great time it was!

Not only did we get to vend (see Blossom Trading Company for more on that part) and run the alternative lifestyle 12 step group Leather Road, but we also did our Slutty Sex For Real Relationships presentation, and wow, did that go well. We had 40+ kinky couples gathered together and had a great interactive time. Lots of fun, lots of info, and a great way to start the weekend.

Is it time to move from fantasy to real life? Dan and dawn will discuss how to make the transition from having a desire to be naughty to making it part of your real life. Whether you are interested in adding kink to an existing relationship or adding it via news one, or if you want to give non-monogamy, swinging, BDSM, or other kinks a try, then this workshop will help you be prepared. Dan and dawn will address facing jealousy, body image issues, self confidence, health issues, and trust/fear issues as well as what you can do to keep things as safe as possible in your adventure. “The fantasy was hot and great, but after the lust has worn off, who did we see when we looked at each other?”
